I've lived here two years and really enjoyed it. The apartments themselves are really nice. I never heard any of my neighbors unless my window was open, parking was good unless you get there really late at night (I use to work until 4 in the morning, that was the only time I couldn't park right in front of my apartment). While there was minor damage to the community from the hurricanes, the apartment came out with no damage and you couldn't even tell there was a hurricane outside. We never lost power for more than 1 minute. The only downside to the place is that the hot tub and gym are always in need of repair.
