This whole "community" is a joke, they tried to make it nicer with a splash of paint but it didn't work. The old employees that worked the office years ago were great,this new crew is amazingly harsher, none of them want to help you unless you're there to look for the first time, oh and the manager of the place. Wow, she's the biggest jerk of them all. You want something fixed in your apartment' I hope you have time to wait, I tried to get various things fixed when I lived there, it took almost 3-4 weeks before someone even came out to look at it. Oh and their "pest control" that comes once a month, seems like the walk in, spray some water and leave. If you see bugs and call them again, they'll send the pest people back out, about 2 weeks later, and all you get is another water shower in your apartment. The noise is beyond horrible. I lived in a bottom floor apartment that the stairs were next to, when I moved in I didn't really notice it but after being there a while I noticed that the bolt that held the stairs to the wall wasn't tight, so when anyone used the stairs they shook and pounded against my bedroom wall. So I brought it up to the employees, I asked if I could put a rubber stopper or something in there, and they replied "No, that could be a hazard" so I asked if they could fix it and they said the tried. The one girl even tried to relate to me, she said "I lived in that apartment too, you just get used to it" RIGHT!!! You want a decent living' Don't go here, look around the area more because Golf Terrace is the worst bet you're going to find. Oh, and another thing, if the parking lot is full, get ready to walk quite a distance to your apartment from the closest spot you can find, the parking isn't done very well and just like everything else, all the management can say is "Well I used to do that" when they mean "There's nothing we're going to do about it, pay up now or get out!"
