It looks okay if you drive through or are shown an apartment, but once you live there it's another story.

It is always loud, there were constantly people running up and down my breezeway at all hours of the morning.

I had it after a couple of months and when I would try to complain the office staff would just shrug their shoulders and say there was nothing you could do.

There were times when trash went for days without being picked up.

I was living by myself as a single female and I did not feel safe walking at night.

I've moved to another apartment complex, and I'm still in Winter Springs.

Gold Terrace is probably the worst apartment complex in Winter Springs.

and in addition - I lived there 8 months and someone stole 6 potted plants off my porch. Two pots were handpainted by my grandchildren - why would anyone else want them? SUCKS Also after 2.5 months of waiting for my deposits to be returned after vacating the place in better shape than I found it - I had to use legal resources!! THEN I got my deposits returned after much stress. The previous management was better to me. I Want my plants back too!! mgmt knows who I am.
