New managment, new troubles. Early in 2006, the company was bought out. The new company is painting everything, including the countertops. New, VERY EXPENSIVE landscaping, I know, that's what I do. All the little goodies you picked up from the other reviews, gone. No more trash pick up, no more "automatic" pest control, and you pay a ridiculous amount for water now.

The valet trash service was halted. The pest people only come out when you ask them to, and the new managers didn't bother telling people this until about 2 months of no pest control whatsoever. Water and sewer used to be included in rent, no for a 1 bedroom apartment, I am forced to pay $35 a month on top of my rent. I never paid more than $30-$40 in the 3, 4 bedroom apartments I have lived in. I think its outrageous.

When moving here just remember, you used to get what you pay for, now you pay for what you dont get.
