Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I've lived here for going on two years, now it's PARK @ LAUREL OAKS, change the name, add some paint and charge more...oh and don't forget about removing amentities and adding extra costs; like valet trash service, FREE pest control, FREE Basic cable, FREE water/sewage (now I pay $35 for a 1bdrm) in addition to my normal rent. Customer Service in the office can be a HORRIFIC experience once you become a resident.
New management, new attitudes and extra costs to maximize all the changes.
Apartments are good in SIZE; however, costs are increasing to ensure that it is NOT as wonderful as it may appear.
This is one BOOK that appears nice and comfortable from the COVER but after a few chapters, you'll discover the deception in the paint coverups and pretty signs of CUSTOMER SERVICE and SATISFACTION.
BE very careful, deception is their KEY to success!!!
