Please, Please dont move here! New management took over and raised the rent. They call themselves trying make things better but it only turned into the GHETTO! My car was broken into and they took away our trash service so now everyone has roaches. Management is rude and maintence sucks!

I agree I came to look at these apartments back in March. And when me and my husband stepped inside the leasing office the women there were in the process of making fun of one of their tenants and even though they saw us walk in they just kept going. They couldn't even show us an apartment. Thank GOD!!!! They are very unprofessional. I understand how difficult it can be working with people but you can't act like that. And not everyone person is the same. There are trouble makers and there are also people who just need a decent place to live. Unfortunately a lot of these have apartments have staff who are very rude and very ignorant. And it really just seems like its getting worse. Perhaps the property managers should really look at this site and go visit these apartment complexes and talk with residents and find ways to make things better. Sitting around doing nothing will not solve anything. Residents as well should take more pride in their homes. I am not saying all of them but we all know that there are people who just don't care. If I were the owner of any of these apartment complexes I would be doing everything I could to make the place better especially since everywhere you turn is going condo. They could be competing with all the other apartment complexes that are left. I mean that just makes sense to me.
