when new mang. took over they also raised rents,took away cable,trash removal and customer service.with the excuse of renovating[which by way is very cheap faucets,fans and throwing some cheap tiles around..they feel justified..if you want to rent here,take a ride around for couple of times.people with trash on the hoods of their cars cuz there's only one trash container for a big complex.on weekends trash is overflowing with trash that stinks.notice all the moving trucks that are moving people out ..not in...they now have a sign in the entrance stating they are the number 1 complex in winter springs...which is incorrect..SEVILLE ON THE GREEN is the no.1 complex!!!!so they just hung the sign up themselves because there are so many apts. empty and cannot rent...if you want to rent in winter springs ,go to seville on the green.thier office staff is helpful and and does not have the adittude their doing you a favor by letting you live there!!!!
