I have only lived here for 8 months, so I have not experienced the previous management company. I can tell you that I had a great experience when I leased here, a great move-in experience, and I love my apartment. I honestly have no complaints. The grounds are nice, the staff is nice, and there are two pools. I can understand why some people are upset about the trash, but I wasn't here when they had it so I can't complain about that. My honest opinion is that this is a beautiful place to live. I think that people who lived here when they got many "freebees" are bitter but that new residents will be very happy here. Great location, too! I wanted to post about my experience because it seems that people only use this as a forum to express their anger and that happy residents don't post often enough!
