Lived here for a year Noise level was the worst. The walls are made of paper and if you live on the 2nd floor forget it you hear the walking upstairs all day and night. Kids in the parking lots hanging out if not in your hall way. Punks pulling fire alarms. The new mgmt took over took away trash service which the dump is across the property so you have to take the trash for a ride. After I left Mgmt made up bull about the condition to take the 900 dollars I left as a deposit I spoke to a lawyer and they said that the mgmt does this so they can put in new rugs and update the apartment at your cost.
