You never want to live here. They raise the rent over $100 each year. The price is not worth the paper box you get to live in. You hear everything above and below you. My next move will be to single-story living. I can't wait for my current lease to be up.

They are not exaggerating, I lived there they raised rent using these ridiculous clauses in the leases and they took away amenities so that was like raising the rent too. The new management co. sucks , they like to put paint on crap and call it new and improved and then ask for more $$$$!!!!!
