I have to say that I am reading down on the page of reviews and some things are a shock to hear. I have been living here for almost a year and I have had no problems. I live on the first floor in the second phase. I have lived in 4 apartments in my life and I really like it here. Apartments are always going to be a bit noisy but when you have people living on all sides of you it is hard not to hear them. I love that they actually do things for us. The other places I lived in did nothing that they said they did. The parties are a good gesture to us to let us know that they care or to try to have people meeting each other. I have had an occasional bug but I call and talk to the office and I get the pest control out here. I think that The Park at Laurel Oaks is a great quiet place to live and I am sure I will be here for a few more years, or maybe not, you never know what could happen. I am glad to say that the office people are pleasant to deal with and the maintenance guys are always helpful.
