I lived there for over two years when the place was called golf terrace. I lived by myself, but never felt worried about my safety. I lived in the newer buildings that where built back in 2000'ish. The place was very nice for just me me or a couple, I missed the size of the kitchen and bathroom. I never had a problem with bugs in the apartment and I had to cats in the place. The older buildings are not very nice they have been there for years and it shows. The cost was nice when I first moved in, but just as I was leaving they raised the rent to around 750-800 which is too much, but compared to the market and other apartments this was not too bad. If you want to live here I would say more into the newer apartments if you can. For the area they are a good price and location.
