Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
Parking is a nightmare, horrible insulation, can hear everything going on in all neighbors apts. Staff is rude and NEVER follows up, gate NEVER works, dumpster always overflowing with garbage and tons of stray animals running around.Would never rent from here again.
