We have lived her for over two years. The gate is not hooked up, has not been anything more then a way for owers to say it is gated. The halls are washed yearly if that, they are all filthy. Some of the new residents look like they came from the hood. Many do not have cars but ride bicycles which they tie to posts or place on balconies. It claims it is voted Winter Springs finest by WHO''' The bigest issue, not bugs although they are BAD, not parking which also is an issue is the clients they are accepting. I wish the police would patrol more often, I wish police reports were posted in the paper as I would bet alot of the calls would be in here. Its less than comforting to see the police helicopter overhead looking for a susbect, we have seen that to. If management sees this you need to clean this slum up, please.
