I moved in here a couple months ago, and I love it. The apt. is clean, new rugs, light fixtures and no bugs. I was reading some of these reviews, and I just don't get it. I have never seen anyone speed down the streets, there are speedbumps everywhere, so I don't see how that could happen. All the staff is friendly from management to maintenance. Maitenance is responsive and even takes the trash from my hands as I am going to throw it out "because a lady should never take out the trash". It is quiet outside, except for the children playing, which is refreshing. I plan on living here for years and so far I am happy here.

I agree with this comment. My family and I moved in in May 2009. We have not seen any one speeding...our apartment is the Phase II..the newer model. The carpets got cleaned when we moved in..the fixtures, the lights, everything new. Our whole building and section is quiet. No ghetto or hood here! I recommend this complex!
