Nice Community - Its a small complex, but affordable and friendly. Professional staff, and good maintenance. There is not much of a playground area for children. Nicest in Yulee Prior to moving in I looked at other apartments in the area. Courtney Isles is by far the nicest. I love the pool and fitness center! One bedroom apartments are a perfect size for a single person living alone.

Last but not Least Courtney Isles was the last place I visited when I decided to move back home. However, it was the first I fell in love with! The staff is friendly, the grounds are well kept, and all my concerns are addressed and taken care of pronto! I LOVE Courtney Isles!

Awesome place to live!!!! We have lived here for 4 months now. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are well kept. The staff members are great, very friendly and helpful. My children love it here and we enjoy the pool and club house. As far as the maintenance, they are very quick
