I moved in August 03 and there has been so many car breaks ins and cops out here. I feel like I have walked in to Cheers whenever I pass a sheriff. They know everyone by name because we have all been questioned so many times. I am a single female and I do not leave my house after dark. Kids run crazy in here. They dont care if a car is coming or if you tell them not to get on top of your parked car-they will do it! Someone was murdered in the 300 building but they dont tell you that. There has been at least 5 break ins and someone had their car stolen in broad day light in front of the leasing office. Did I mention it was at gun point' The office staff changes every week, the property manager does not give a crap about anything other than your rent money. I just cannot believe how unsafe this place is. I own 2 guns and I have a dog and I still dont feel safe. This place was built on top of where a trailer park was and it still is a GIANT trailer park. Look elsewhere. Id rather live on Bankhead highway!
