I have lived here for a year and have seen almost everything.
The management only cares about the money and they fail to tell you that the management group that runs cherokee summit uses it as a training facility for their employees. So none of the employeees know what their doing.
Also, the safety: well, I'll just say this, my apartment and vehicle were broken into after being there for about 6 months. I was also told by a neighbor that I should watch my front,back,and both sides because I was white. How safe is it when you are being told that. And Im in law enforcement. There is a GSP Trooper that lives there but you rarely see him, and the entrance gate always stays open. It never gets shut. The apts are a decent size but old, the carpet has holes in it and is stained.
As far as maintenance, Ill just say "what maintenance'" You see the maintenance guy driving around all the time but never really doing anything. Air Filters are suppose to be replaced every 3 months but they are not. I started getting black dust all over the ceiling.
