I don't know where these complaints come from I moved here 2 years ago and have no problem! Yes some of the neighbors are a little loud at times, but me and my husband entertain our friends to at times. I don't know the Leasing management that well so I don't have a problem with them, and I am white also and know one gave me a warning about my neighbors could it be that someone is posting a LIE! Do your own research, get a police report on the neighbor hood and check out for your self, and don't rely on these postings.
