Management here is nice. It's the way things are kept up. I've noticed that the gate at the entrance has been broken down now for over a month and no repairs look to getting made. What is the sense in moving into a gated community with no gates. The rear gate is also all bent up and looks very poor. There are police constantly coming through here at all hours of the day and night. Seems like non stop at times. There are always lots of people just walking around, hanging out in breezeways, working on cars that are on blocks with oil dripping underneath. Does not feel safe or secure.
