If you want any kind of sleep or peace do NOT move here. When I first moved in I was working a night job, so I slept all day I had a neighbor that all she wanted to do is listen to her musiv as loud as possible. After confronting her I went to the office. The office sent out a note notifying everyone of the noise policy. YEA THAT WORKED!!! So I gave in got a day job, thats when I found out it was a night thing too. PARKING is horrible too if you are not in a parking spot but 10pm you might as well park on the street. As for the gates...HAHA they may work for a few weeks than they are broke again!!

I have experienced the same thing with a jerk for a neighbor and they didn't do anything. I think this person's family pays them off or something or she's related to someone in management somehow because if anyone else in the complex acted like her they would have been booted long ago! It's really funny how with the prior management group she was put on final notice with one more offense and she would be kicked out, then all of a sudden this group comes in (they worked here prior to the last group), and right off the bat she's taken off notice just for it to start all over again! She doesn't follow any of the rules including picking up after her pets or putting them on leashes. Not to mention the fact that the office staff waits until one day before to tell you about any inspections, etc. It's just ridiculous to not give us more notice that that especially when we have pets, etc. If I could afford to live anywhere else I would be outta here!
