I've lived here for a year now and I think it is a pretty nice apartment for a pretty good price. It's hard to find decent apartments in this price range around this area. I've never had parking problems, and the maintenance guys do what they can with what they've got. The management always seems like they're swamped, but they're still usually pretty friendly. The only complaints I have are the lack of advanced notices (if they need to enter the apartment we usually find out the day of, or if we're lucky the day before) and the loud upstairs neighbors (which can't really be helped, and moving won't make it go away).
