I've been living there for a year and a half, and I am counting down the days until my lease is up. There are so many crackheads and hooligan little kids destroying things at all hours of the night. My neighbors are constantly blasting music and smell horrible and dont watch their kids. Their apartment must be nasty because mine is starting to get all kind of bugs in it, but the people in the office don't care. the maintenance man is nice and does a good job when the people in the office actually have him come do what you need him to. they send out letters telling everyone to stay in your apartment at all times and that you arent allowed to chill outside because someone recently got shot in there also, so cops are riding through all the time. i do not reccomend that anyone move in there no matter how good the prices are!!
