We have a new manager now, she is awesome! She has really cleaned this place up in the past 3 months! This is a great place to live now b/c of her! Great job!!!!

I THINK CHEROKEE SUMMIT ACTUALLY GOT RID OF ALOT OF PEOPLE THAT DIDN'T NEED TO BE THERE, OH ALSO LESS KIDS WHICH IS GOOD. I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 7 MONTHS AND FELT THAT WHEN I FIRST CAME HERE, THE LEASING OFFICE WAS VERY HELPFULL ESPECIALLY THAT -----------------------. AS FOR THAT MANAGER ------, I AM SO HAPPY SHE'S GONE CAUSE SHE WAS NEVER HELPFULL AND SHE WAS STUCK UP AND RUDE

My name is ------- Spears, and I'm the Assistant Manager at Cherokee Summit. I rarely read apartmentratings.com, as I realize that most of the things that are posted come from residents/former residents who are upset for one specific reason or another...maybe I had to charge them a late fee with their rent or file an eviction on their apartment. Rarely do people go out of their way to pay someone a compliment. However, I was told this morning about these comments, and I can't help but respond...so please listen to my heart. To be clear, I am not prejudice against people of a different color than I. I have no intention of elaborating because the accusation is ridiculous, and I will not waste my time entertaining such a gross lie....I just want to put that out there and get it out of the way. The main reason I am writing is to address the other hateful things that were said about my co-worker. The shame of this is that if you all would take a few minutes to get to know people before writing such horrible things about them, you may actually have had your heart touched by the people you have so willingly slammed. ----- would do anything in her power for anyone who needs help...literally. I have never in my life met someone with such a compassionate heart for people. I can't believe that any human being could make such a deliberate effort to rip her heart out with such a comment as the one you posted. It's ironic, actually. You accused me of judging people by the way they look, and in the following sentence made fun of a wonderful person because she wasn't born with the same number of limbs as you. What a shame. Regardless, we've obviously done something to you to make you hate us this much...so for that I'm sorry. We in the office have been working very hard to make Cherokee Summit a better place to live and I hope that you will give us an opportunity to make you happy as well.

I THINK CHEROKEE SUMMIT IS STILL A ---- HOLE, AS LONG AS HERCULES REAL ESTATE IS RUNNING THE PROPERTY, IT WILL REMAIN A ---- HOLE!! ------- & THE NEW MANAGER SUCKS....------- HATES-------& ---------PEOPLE!!! ----- IS A ONE-ARMED BANDIT...SHE KNOW NOTHING ABOUT TAX CREDIT!!! THEY ARE ALL DUMB EXCEPT FOR -----!!!
