I definitely do NOT recommend this apartment to anyone. I have woke up on two different occasions to my disabled daughter completely covered in black ants and the office doesnt seem to think it is a big deal. They have come to spray several times yet it does nothing, Im pretty sure they are spraying with sugar water. Nancy, the lady in the office, is a joke. She has no idea what is going on. People always follow you in the gate. There are flying roaches everywhere outside. There are always little kids running around and knocking on doors and being loud, where are there parents' Probably selling weed out of their apartment. After office hours, there are apparent drug deals outside the office..its like a druggy drive thru.

I was seriously considering this complex. I most certainly don't want to raise my kids in an environment that is unsafe. What is the relationship between the local law enforcement and the tenants? Perhaps if enough tenants call, the police will realize that there is a concern especially if its related to drug dealing. In fact, if this is considered affordable housing then HUD's stipulation of Zero tolerance for drug related crimes should be enforced and offendors evicted from the property. In terms of the kids, is the department of children and families involved? Call them to report kids that may be suffering from neglect, that will make them investigate the parents. Also, don't be afraid to call your local state representative to get their support in addressing the crime issue. That is part of their concern as well. Everyone wants a safe district to live in. Citizens participate in voting them into office and you can make crime one of their issues to campaign against.

i lived in these apartments from 2007-2009 and it was the worst place anyone could ever live. the ants were ridiculous..everywhere! and the maintence people said that they couldnt solve the problem..my advice is to find where they are coming from and spread black pepper over the area and it will get rid of them. good luck
