Rules were not enforced, there is garbage all over and around the compactor frequently, garbage cans by the mailboxes are full and there is garbage all over the ground, noise complaints are not handled efficiently and the office either closes early or the person working isn't there. no one gets back to me when i call regarding some of these and other matters. i've lived at this location two separate times in the past 3 years it used to be alot nicer but seems to be going downhill since the maintenance and office staff were replaced a few months ago.
