I lived at Park Bridge in 1997 for appr. 8 months, before having to move to S. Ga. due to work relocation. I moved back in 2002 and have lived here since. When I first moved in, the management was at times short with the residents; not giving a welcoming appearance at all. When the new manager, Mellisa came here, all the residents that I know spoke very highly of her. I've found out since then that they were correct. She is always helping the needy & has an open door policy, always trying to help her residents. The management has been making some major improvements to the property including repainting, reroofing all the buildings & the maintenance has improved greatly on their response time to service calls. I would and have highly recommended this property to anyone seeking a nice, peaceful home and for the money, cannot be beat!

You must not ever go outside your door. Or you must be empoyee or relative of the staff. You obviously walk around with rose colored glasses, cause this place is terrible and I havent gotten anything fixed in 2 1/2 years. Management tells you they will have someone come out to fix something but it never happens. Dont lie to people so they will come and be trapped in a lease like the rest of us are.

Thanks for the fyi....Well, I used to live there and the property was very nice. The Management ladies were very attentive to my request. I have been thinking about moving back to the complex-I think I'll ask Management to comment on all the reviews when I go for my visit to the property. I do plan to visit the property in the evening (week-end) to check out the goings on to see if what is being said is true. One never knows for sure whose opinions to believe, it's best to form your own opinion to make sure for yourself. fyi...drug related issues and domestic disturbances actively go on just about everywhere even the ritzy areas of town. But Management does have a responsibility to patrol things and make active attempts to remove the renters that make this place a nuisance. That's what Management gets paid for, not turning a blind eye to the serious issue.
