Nieghbors dont care about the grounds or the place where they live ......they throw beer bottles and trash everywhere. Laudry rooms equiment takes forever to get fixed. If you have a issue with apartment be prepared to wait a long long time before it gets fixed (sometimes months on certain issues)Mail box area gets trashed every week. Fitness room equipment is old and some not working. Not enough lighting on the grounds. Stairway balconies pose safety hazards with some beams broken off or just hanging off. Not enough trash dumpsters for this complex always big piles of trash every week.
