I have lived at Park Bridge since 2001. When I first moved in it was this nice, well kept quiet community. If there was a crime on the property you would get a notice. No garbage bags were left outside doors, the grounds were generally clean, and the fountain worked. In the last 2 years almost everything about the complex has gone downhill. There is a dryer that has been broken for over a year in the main laundry room, there is barely enough lighting to see in the cardio area of the fitness center, complaints are not handled rapidly if at all and repairs are half done. After getting to know some of the newer staff, their personalities have appeared to improve, but they seem to be more talk than action. If you need someplace cheap to hold you over until you can afford something better, this is the place. If you can afford something more then go there.
