am a resident since 2004 when first moved in everything was orderly and timely but recently i have had alot of issues with all maintannce and bugs and have reported these issues monthly and have not had any resolutions to these ongoing problems there are issues with new residents as the trash rules and rules of pets and the grounds that pets use we are suppose to have a pet area park and it is not properly grounded as pet use area there should be proper lighting and effecient water and supplies to clean up and properly use the area there are ongoing drug related and domestic problems that are reported and are not handled in a effecient amount of time if anything at all we have conversed with law enforcement agencies and they tell us that all of these issues are to be handled by the apartment manager (Melissa Rakestraw) and she says to just stay away from these problems but however thesae problems continue to reoccur i myself have spoken to a police officer (officer Vega) and i asked him about a courtesy officer and he stated that he could not be paid enough to become a courtesy officer here because this place has gone down hill and stated the management should do their job and resolve these issues as they occur we have attempted to complain about these problems and there has been no action taken to correct these ongoing problems i myself feel unsafe in this enviroment and feel that management does not care anything about our residents young and old white or black as long as it does not affect them we have a neighbor that is a elderly lady that lives in the 800 building and she has stated that she sees people dealing drugs by observing poeple outside her apartment tha police have been called and management has been told and refuses to or are afraid that more serious issues may occur I mostley enjoyed my time here until recently i am now thinking about terminating my lease and moving along with many other residents please if there is anything that could be done to change it has to start with management we need people who care about there residents and takes time to know there residents
