Ok, so if you are confused whether or not you should live in Bankhead Courts or Gazebo Park you may want to choose Bankhead Courts. These apartments are extremely nasty (substandard by any normal human being) not to mention if you have a nice car upon move in, you won't by the time you flee with your life by packing a UHAUL. Cars are broken into daily, apartments are broken into, drug addicts walk the complex and the smell! Just move into the Cobb County Landfill. The rent is alluring, especially in these bad economic times....However, please ask yourself if it is truly worth it! I am breaking my lease, especially after management decided to do their "annual inspection" (yup, they come into your apartment and look through everything!)They wrote me up because the laundry room doors are broke...and not from neglect on my part either, go figure!! Because they are garbage and won't stay on the glides!

Please be forewarned if you are going to select this so called community! Honestly, Motel 6 has better rooms than Gazebo Park Apartments.

Wow I live there too. and I especially like the green car on blocks, someone said the tires and rims we're stolen on a saturday night while the owner was out having diner with his wife, something to come home to, HuH?... I did some research on the management company this is a strange situation Gazabo Park pulled a Loan for 5.8 Million dollars in the middle of last year. but, when I looked for the property management companies information ??? what i found was that they filed for an intent to disolve in January of this year.. so here's a question... who's really managing this place and how do you contact them... Oh yeah and what about the money they borrowed, did the money get divided up, because they didn't spend it here... splashing a little paint around doesn't cost 5.8 mil.

Yeah, strange how most apartment management companies are posted clearly for their tenants in the event the tenant needs "upper management", however Gazebo Park's managment co. is impossible to find. I too found where a 5.8 million dollar loan was awarded to GP, however their is certainly no evidence anywhere on the property. I was really thrilled about the pool closing way before labor day (most communities close their pools on labor day) probably because the water became a public health hazard. And that is not mentioning the sewage drain off in the middle of the property that they call a pond! For the first month of my living here, one of my "neighbors" had an extension cord ran from their apartment to the breezeway for electricity because their power had been shut off, and it stayed that way for a month! Management allowed that fire hazard to continue! I had attempted to contact Melissa, the so called property manager and left several messages with Shelley, 5 days later, still no return call. Things are not "all good in this hood"!
