I am a resident of Gazebo Park and is faced with other tenants that complain for utter foolishness.If you laugh to hard in your own apartment they complain,if you walk up the stairs to loud they complain( those stairs are wooden and old as hell).If you feel to play your radio forget it they complain!Then you get a threat notice( a letter), not a warning,that says your breaking your lease and they will have to terminate your lease if they get any more complaints,( the lease clearing says from 9am to 9pm you allowed to make noise).If you can't be happy at home then where else are going to be happy It is so funny that these tenants don't complain about tenants having people smoking illegal substances in front of the door ways, dog poop all over the place even though poops bags are supplied by management ,a laundry mart that equipment needs to fix because the dryers are never working, the drug issues going on in our little community, inspections that never happen's or a management system that's failing i don't see these issues getting addressed or letters been sent out. But it seem they have time to report about crap and give letters about crap.
