ok i lived here several years ago and the again reacently moved back in due to pricing. We had an upstairs apartment back in 2007 and the apt and neighbors were fine..NOT GREAT but i could handle it. however since moving back in here a month ago i have a bottom apartment ..which included GIANT MONSTER ROACHES who dont forget to bring their babies along with them! the whole front room of my apartment floods everytime it rains. ..cable in master bedroom doesn't work..broken blinds, ripped screens and no silverwear caddy for the dishwasher. i told mgmt about this when we did an inspection of the apartment and have complained SEVERAL times since then and these issues have STILL not been fixed! what happened'' where did the semi-good service go back in 2007''
also i had an emergency and had to call 911 (due to personal issues) and one of the mgmnt staff DID show concern however and come down to my apt and see if i was ok and make sure everything was ok which surprised me that they care.
