I have lived in Gregory lane apartments for over one year now. When I moved in it was a very nice place but then new management took over, the place has gone down hill. Maintenance does not respond to your request. You have to call several times and also call the property manager, Tarsha, in order to get a response. Parking can be an issue at times and the roaches are ridiculously everywhere!!
It is still a quiet place and there haven't been enough incidents to say that it is unsafe or to where I would be nervous to walk alone at nite.
If management & maintenance would get their act together it would be a very nice place to live.
