I have lived at Gregory lane for over a year now. At first it was nice until the roaches were sitting on my couch holding hands singing " We are family". My family takes pride in our home by keeping it clean! Our neighbors who we call the "Carmichael's" will make your stomach turn! Leaving trash on the stairs and on the patio! the management has changed once since I moved in. The first manager was horrible! The new management team is nice, but lacks in "putting the money where the mouth is"! This complex has 2 phases and if you live near the office or the pool, it is kept clean for tours and corporate, if you happen to live in phase 2... well sucks for you! Holes in the ceiling, dated cabinets and fixtures, flooring is old and forget getting and issue taken care of! The pool neede the environmental health supervisor to test the pool before they could open it, well managenet cancelled all visits and told residents they we not opening the pool until ALL residents paid on time! So if its a load of crap you want then Gregory Lane is where to find it!!
