Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
I have lived here for a year.
Only moving because my job is so far away.
The place is older, but nice and very clean.
I have never seen any bugs, except the occasional spider.
That would be in any home.
The neighbors are great.
They will talk to you but are not hanging outside, nor making loud noises inside.
The maintenance guy is quick to get things fix, although I have never had any problems.
I heard this from other neighbors.
The rent is fairly low.
There is a gas station across the street, plus two groceries within a half mile.
The only negative thing i can think of is that they make you pay "Their insurance" on their own buildings.
Ive never heard of such a crazy thing.
Im not talking about renters insurance, that would be extra.
Over all though, I really enjoyed my stay here.
