Customer Service is the worst

I must say the property is nice. On the other hand, the manager Beverly is not. I have lived in several apartment homes and customer service was way better. I know when my lease is up I will not renew if Beverly remains the manager of The Peaks of Bells Ferry.
One thing she needs to take on is listening skills. She is too quick to comment without any resolution to the matter.
Beverly needs to take a break from property management to find something to better yourself. Than maybe she would understand more about customer service. Beverly also needs to understand that when you mistreat someone it will surely come back to you.
Its a shame we have all a lot of good customer service people out of a job, but we continue to give the worst people the job. I hope in the future the management company takes a closer look at the people whom they hire.
