I was very impressed by the office staff which was one of my deciding factors in moving here. That has changed since the new mgmt company took over. There is always trash on the ground, in the breezeways. The area around the trash compactor is a health hazard. I can literally hear conversations that people are having above me. on top of all the other noise going on. I dont feel safe walking to/from my car after dark becasue there is always people creeping around. The office staff is very unwilling to help and unfriendly. I am very unhappy living here at cannot wait til my lease is up.

Oh yes I totally agree, once you have a complaint to make about this filthy place it's instant attitude from the people in the office, they know nothing about customer service...I don't know what kind of people they're letting in here, what with all the red tape that you have to go through you would think you're getting something good only to find out that they have all these people selling drugs on the complex and by the fence...it is getting really scary living here and I can't wait for my lease to be up to get out of this stinking, filthy garbage ridden place.

AMEN. I am so sick of the trash around the dumpster, the apathy of the office and the noise. This place is the worst place I have ever lived in. When I first moved in, I brought 2 small tupperware containers to the office for touch-up paint. That was 8 months ago, and I haven't gotten the paint yet. After 4 mos. of "come back next week" I finally gave up. This place is a freaking GHETTO! I know a girl whose apartment floods, her closet smells like a giand mold spore. The Peaks will do nothing to help her. She can't move out, they won't give her another apartment and they can't fix the problem because the foundation is cracked. What the hell is that all about?

I lived there when they first opened. I was promised so many things that never came through. One person was shot and another time a gun was fired off in the drive was just past the gates near the mail kiosks. Nothing was done. That complex had a lot of potential but was nothing but trash 3 months after they opened. I lived out the remained of my lease at my friends house while my apartment sat empty. Sad sad story.
