Filthy, garbage piles up every weekend, and filled with colored people. Whites are a minority. Ceiling has been leaking for over two months and still no repairs.

whites are definitly a minority her but its still pretty quite. i dont know whats going on with the trash but its on the other side of the complex so i dont worry about it. i guess if you live by the compactor it might be a problem. i had a problem with my ceiling fan and when i told them about it they told me they are backed up with a/c problems and they will get to it as soon as possible. i took 2 weeks but atleast they told me up front. overall a good community.

Sounds like racial discrimination to me. Is there a problem with ------ living at the Peaks??? Even the police drive through the complex and harrass the kids(black kids)it's really sad that in this day and age people can be so ignorant...if that's the case I don't need to be living at the Peaks of Bells Ferry!
