I live in the backside of the apartments. There are kids around here who like to smoke pot behind the garages here. Garbage regularly piles up outside of the dumpster with no indication of large furniture or anything so who knows why. Special request maintenance has been fine, but routine maintenance has to be requested(they have only brought me 1 air filter in the 6 mos. They didnt really inspect my apt very well so I inherited plenty of problems(seriously off balance ceiling fans that make lots of noise, the drawer beneath the ovens are off center lets just say they wouldnt advertise with a picture of my apt.) I keep getting asked if I know steve by some loitering person or another looking to buy pot. The gates are routinely out of order. I wonder how much I pay to live in a gated community' Cause I don't. Someone has a friend in management. Because a lot of people know the code to get in the gate. I once asked what the code was and they said it was secret. Not a well kept one of course, just one I can't know. Poop everywhere. It's not the apts fault but who the hell do they think is gonna clean it up. These apts are Gov't funded for low income families, but the management is more than willing to bend over backwards to make sure you qualify. So bring the kids(it'll make em tough). If they're not solicited drugs or recruited into some sort of white supremacy movement(not kidding, trash lives here)then I wouldn't have written this review.
