Gate is always broken. Dumpster is NASTY (alomst hazardous), STINKS, always overflowing. Courtesy hours not abided by. Been here a year and already 3 different property managers. Buildings are made of cheap commercial grade materials. I can not even TIP TOE around my apt. without complaints from nieghbors below. NO INSULATION between floors. Maint. is ok. A lot ok screaming children and playing in the street. Kids break into the clubhouse at night regularly to smoke pot. ------ are the majority. -------- 2nd, Whites are minorities here. I would recomend looking around more before considering moving here.

It's very difficult to get a good idea of what to expect at apartment complexes when this website has so many racists, xenophobes, etc. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised to see rednecks in the south, but sometimes I forget the Atlanta area isn't above it.

CRSBEG you dumb son of a -----. There is going to be ------ and -------- and Jews and Anarchists everywhere you go. The only way to seperate yourself from them is to kill yourself so go ahead and do what you need to do. Bastard!!!!! Maybe you should join the kids in the club house and smoke some marijuana maybe it can enighten you!
