I lived in the Peaks for a year, back in '04-05. I liked it alot. I had no complaints what so ever. It's in a quiet part of town and very convenient to the interstate (I-575). The interior of the 2 bedroom is laid out very nicely, with one room being at the front and one in the rear. The walls were painted, which eliminated that dull, boring look. Plenty of closet space in both rooms. My neighbors were very friendly and noise was never an issue.

One day the door to my Jeep wouldn't close b/c the lock was messed up and I wasn't able to drive it. When I arrived home from work later that night there was a note on my car and the lock had been fixed by one of my neighbors.

This is the perfect neighborhood for young adults and those living in a roommate situation. It's affordable and visually its right up there with other local apts. that charge $200 more per month.
