Maintenance is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

My boyfriend and I have lived at the Peaks for almost 4 months. We have had to make several maintenance requests...and they seemed to take a while to get them fixed.
Now we have some SERIOUS FIRE HAZARDS that we have been requesting to get fixed for nearly three weeks and nobody seems to care. Our stove is arching (which can start an electrical fire), our FIRE EXTINGUISHER EXPIRED IN 2004, we have electrical sockets exposed and all three sinks are leaking.
Everytime we have called to get these things fixed...we get promises of "We'll get these things fixed right away." And surprise surprise...they have yet to be fixed.
Our air conditioner has never worked properly. And despite many trips "to fix it" it has yet to be fixed. Anyone who has lived in Georgia in the summer knows, you need an air conditioner...
The parking spaces are too small...you can not park your car and then get out of your car without hitting the car next to you.
The floors are not insulated very well, so you can hear your neighbors above you stomping around.
The gate seems to always be broken. Who knows who is coming into the complex at night...
I guess you get what you pay for...
