I have been a tenant of Signature Management Properties consistently for several years.The customer service of the staff is unbelievable.The maintenance issues never seem to be fixed in a timely manner,yet they are quick to collect on rent and garage fees.The drop box was removed supposedly due to theft of rental payments.However,for those of us who work long hours daily and do not have access to the office during business hours,we are forced to pay a late fee because we cannot drop our payments off during normal business hours.Unfortunately, additional options to submit our payments were not made available.The garage has not worked in over 2 months yet I am still being charged $100 per month for a garage unit I cannot access unless it is left unlocked.I cannot contact the corporate office because the office staff sends a message to the corp. to return your call and refuses to give the tenants the contact information.
The security gate has been damaged over and over every time it is fixed which prevents the gate cards and codes from working properly.It is aggravating to come home after a long day at work and not be able to get through the gate.
The breezeways remain dirty and smelling because they have not been pressure washed.
The car wash does not have water access because the waterhose has been removed.The Fully Equipped Fitness Center does not work properly due to tenant damage & unauthorized guests walking onto the property from nearby neighborhoods.The Resident Clubhouse is not available for private booking like other properties so what good is it'
We are paying for ammenities that are broke and/or unaccessible. Yet the rent continues to increase along with other fees.The office staff states that we have a security officer, yet I have never seen one.And I speak on behalf of my neighbors as well.If we contact the property and request a call from the security for a problem in the neighborhood, it goes unnoticed.A call may or may not be returned from the maintenance on duty.
The pool is taken over by unattended children,teenagers and drunk guests and residents because the management fails to supervise the property correctly.
This goes for enjoying the rest of the neighborhood as well.The property is unsafe due to illegal activity taking place all around us.My children cannot play outside even with supervision.
The floor in the unit above me was at risk for caving in and it went unfixed with a family living in it.This resulted in water damage coming through my kitchen ceiling.
There is a high turnover of residents at this property.
