Please don't waste your time/money

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Seriously the worse employees ever. I don't know what they consider exceptional customer service..but whatever it is...it blows hardcore.
Pros:
*Beautiful landscaping and grounds keeping. (Thats where all your money goes!!)
*Quiet Friendly Neighbors (at least mine are...and I am the same to them)
*Ample Parking. (Because all the smart people have moved out or just don't live there period)
*Great prices (For the size apartments you get..its really a decent price)
CONS:
*Horrible Leasing Staff (Irresponsible, rude, and uncaring)
*Cheap fix maintenance (They don't actually FIX anything...they just get it working...until you have to call again) **I have 13 work order slips for my heating/air unit....Ive only been there for 8 months!!!***
*Crappy appliances (dishwasher leaves specs of food and grossness all over clean dishes)
*"Hidden costs" such as if you misplace your gate card, they are the only place who will actually CHARGE you for a new one....(not the remotes...the cheap cards)
