I have lived here since Oct. 2006. The place is quiet, clean, and the neighbors are okay. Everybody I see appears to be "quality" people. I had an issue with heat during the winter--basically the bedrooms stayed freezing cold regardless of how high the heat was up. That is an issue of poor construction around the windows. At the same time, the LR and kitchen were toasty. Led to a high heating bill though. That might just be my apt. though. Other than that I am satisfied.

Otherwise, the apts. are well-constructed b/c I cannot hear any noise from any of my surrounding neighbors' apts.

I am considering moving at the end of my lease b/c I don't want to freeze this upcoming winter. Other than that, I would definitely consider staying.

Office staff is okay. I don't deal with them much. Maintenance staff has had a high turnover rate, but once they got rid of the nincompoop that was there in Oct. '06, things were taken care of responsibly and on time.

This place is AWFUL!!!!!! The floors and counters are nasty and the mgmt promised they would fix it right after we moved in. We have been here for almost a year and are they fixed???? NO!!!!!!!! And not to mention the ugliest wall paper in the world in the kitchen and bathrooms. It had little crabs on it!!!!!! If anyone lives above you, you can hear every little thing they do. And the mngt is soooo rude and insensitive!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
