This apartment complex is owned by Intown Land company in Atlanta. Please do research before renting in the Atlanta metro area to assure that you do not give them any of your money for they will surely screw you out of it if you give them the chance.

Me and my wife lived in a one bedroom apartment that water leaked into every time it rained for several of the months that we lived there causing black toxic mold to grow, thus making us seriously sick. The management did absolutely nothing and would not lift a finger to move us to a different unit. We hired a lawyer to hopefully get the ball rolling that way. All that ended up happening is that they finally allowed us to break our lease 1 month early while they retained our deposit, leaving us sick, missing many days of work, and in debt from legal fees.

These people are surely evil and if there is no justice for them in this life, then they will surely burn in hell in the next life.

Also, this apartment complex just happens to be right down the street from where an 11-yr old girl was recently reported raped by 8 and 9 yr. old boys.

Todd, We live there now are are having the SAME PROBLEM. We have been told repeatedly that no one else has ever had any problem with mold and we are to deal with it. I have been told by others to call the Cobb County Health Depaartment. That is my next step. We can't find anything else we can afford right now.
