I moved here in September 2007 from Trees of Kennesaw Apartments. So far I love it here at Stanton Place. The apartment is well-layed out and spacious. CHEAP only $750 compared to $920 we were paying before. There is limited storage but that helped us downsize and donate alot of junk we did not really need anyways.

I have 2 small children and I feel very safe living here. I take them out for walks, bike-riding, etc almost every day (Within the gated community) and I don't have to be worried about their safety. It is a very quiet mellow community. Unlike at our pevious apartment the gate here ALWAYS works and is never left open. There is no playground but there is a nice park close by.

The building is well-constructed that I don't hear my neighbours and they don't hear my loud toddlers either. Another thing I like is that just like Trees of Kennesaw the grounds are always kept clean and landscaped.

I needed a few repairs in the apartment and the maintance were always prompt in fixing everything.

The construction around the windows or maybe the windows themselves are of poor quality with allows alot of condensation on and around the windows..I have found that by Wiping it down once a month with fantastic you avoid growing the mold everyone has mentioned here. I can say that if you don't wipe it at least once a month you WILL end up with mold.

The location is great-Close to I-75 and in decent distance from Cobb parkway. I like it that it is in cobb county. It feels like I am still living in Kennesaw due to the cose proximity to Kennesaw.


We downsized from an upscale pricey apartment to save $ to purchase our own home..And I wonder why I did not move sooner.

Managment is nice and friendly, we have had no issues with them thus far.
