I am a female student going to KSU. And instead of living in the hussle and bussle of Kennesaw, I decided to look in Acworth and found Stanton Place. I was kind of skeptical of living here due to the rumors I have been hearing about this "side of town" from my ProMove agent and even from someone in the office. But I really feel safe living at Stanton Place. It is a gated community which I think really makes a big difference. And Even when the gate arm does break ( due to whatever reasons) they promptly fix the problem. I read some reviews about Wingate Falls next door, and unlike Wingate, Stanton Place is actually quiet ( well where I am living). The apartment I am living in was beyond my expectation. I was not able to see the exact apartment I was going to move in to due to the fact that I was still living in Savannah at the time. Fresh Paint, new carpet, you name it they did it. I read many reviews before about the "mold problem" because I see Stanton Place did in fact fix that in the bathrooms ( when you turn on the light, the fan comes on as well). All in all its a nice neighborhood with an on site cop I see at least twice a day, there are no gangs of kids running around causing trouble. Even though the "ghetto" is across the street, I guess the gate is keeping unwanted people out. For me being a 21 female living alone. I truly feel safe and at home. OH and FYI i am not apart of the staff, I am honestly a tenant..
