cheap prices. buildings are old and have pest problem. pet friendly. would recommend for single males or families that are used to living in potentially unsafe area. some characters are shady. I personally have not had any problems but i was single male. fairly large hispanic presence. have not had a problem, but they have had some parties. staff was friendly and helpful. cars are fairly safe in parking lot which can get full easy but is close by and easy to watch. Avoid basement rooms. Would only recommend if money is a great issue.
